Team Leader, Academic

Job description: I oversee a list of titles for the academic team, guiding books through the production process and making sure authors and clients are kept up-to-date. As team leader I also support a team of project managers.

Favourite book: It changes from day to day! One of those I love the most, is The Lord of the Rings by JRR Tolkien; the sheer wonder I felt as a child, exploring such an enormously intricate new world, has stayed with me through my adult life.

Hobbies: I enjoy swimming, reading, photography and playing with my two cats. I love the sea and can often be found racing sailing dinghies at the weekends.

If I were an animal, I would be a … cat. Who wouldn’t?
